Terms & Conditions

Confirmed reservations can be canceled or rescheduled by emailing care@natureadventurecamp.com.

A minimum charge of 3% of the total package amount will be applied for all cancellations, regardless of when the reservation was made or canceled. This fee covers payment gateway/transaction charges.

The following cancellation charges apply in addition to the transaction fee:

  • 15+ days before check-in: 30% of the total package amount will be charged.
  • 7-14 days before check-in: 50% of the total package amount will be charged.
  • 2-6 days before check-in: 75% of the total package amount will be charged, and no rescheduling will be allowed.
  • Within 48 hours of check-in: 100% of the package amount will be charged, and no rescheduling will be allowed.

For No-Shows, there will be no refund or rescheduling.

For special events like New Year, Christmas, or festival bookings, cancellations and rescheduling are not permitted.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 working days.

Free Rescheduling Policy:

  • Reservations can be rescheduled once, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before check-in.
  • Rescheduled check-in must occur within 60 days of the original check-in date.
  • Full payment of the package amount is required at the time of rescheduling.
  • Rescheduled reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled again.
