Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservations can be canceled or rescheduled by sending an email to care@natureadventurecamp.com.

A non-refundable transaction charge of 3% on the total package amount will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of the reservation or cancellation date.

In addition to the transaction fee, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• 15 days or more before check-in: 30% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• 2 to 6 days before check-in: 75% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and rescheduling will not be available.
• 48 hours before check-in or less: 100% of the total package amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and rescheduling will not be available.

For no-shows, no refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

For reservations made during special events such as “New Year”, “Christmas”, or other festivals, no cancellations or rescheduling will be allowed.
