Refund Policy

If any refunds are applicable due to cancellations, they will be processed through the original payment method used during the reservation. Refunds will be completed within 3 to 7 working days.

Rescheduling Policy

For customer convenience, we offer a free rescheduling option, subject to slot availability.

  • Reservations can only be rescheduled once.
  • Free rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  • The new check-in date must be within 60 days of the original check-in date.
  • At the time of the rescheduling request, 100% of the package amount must be paid.
  • Rescheduled reservations cannot be canceled or further rescheduled.
